  • Review of Terminal 4 only - US Airways and Southwest Airlines & international in this terminal. Better signage is definitely needed on ticketing level to inform patrons to proceed directly to departure level if not checking bags. Also, it was hard to locate the kiosks unless patrons know that they are located just before security on the US Airways & Southwest sides respectively. Food options - did not see any real options (does Starbucks count?) down the 3 piers that we utilized but there is a whole assortment OUTSIDE of security so make sure to grab food before going in to security. Ground transportation is difficult to understand. We exited at Door 3 but did not realize that hotel shuttles pick up at Door 7 and we had to be pointed in that direction. Sky Harbor need large overhead signs similar to LA, Seattle, Nashville, etc that point customers in the correct direction. Leaving at 3pm on Friday afternoon, approximately 25 min wait to reach TSA ID checkpoint at US Airways.
