  • I seriously have doubts about what the "patient advocate " of this hospital actually does. One thing is for sure, she does NOT return phone calls. Also the "nurse" in the outpatient department is rude, argumentative and a lazy obnoxious know it all who knows NOTHING about compassion towards others. I have witnessed her laziness more than once and was conpletely disappointed and disgusted. Good luck having to deal with both of them.
