  • I've downgraded my review as there are some things I've noticed since joining two years ago. Oh how time flies by. I'm seeing more machines that need servicing lately, markedly more. I'm not sure if its due to wear and tear or due to user ignorance that is causing the problems. Facility is still really clean, men's restrooms could use someone to check on them more frequently as trash cans when I've used them always seem to be full or near full. Staffing seems to go through cycles of turnover. This batch has been decent. The previous batch, I experienced a staff member that approached me to try out an abs class, when I said I didn't have the time, didn't accept no for an answer right away. I found that annoying, but he and his attitude are no longer there. Plenty of class choices and opportunity to try something new keep me coming back, and the low price of $19.95/monthly I've been paying.
