  • I would have given 0. As a rating but the lowest rating option is 1. After repeated phone calls trying to make arrangements for NYE. Speaking with employees that had no knowledge of what they were doing. Speaking with operators that were RUDE. We have decided to spend our money elsewhere. This property definitely needs to train their employees on being polite to customers and educate them on Hospitality.
