  • Good selection of gowns and a beautiful shop, but the customer service left something to be desired. I specifically went to Mariee in search of a Watters gown which they didn't have a sample of. I was told the dress could be "borrowed in" for a nominal fee and I would be contacted once the sample gown had arrived. I never received a follow up call and when I called back to inquire the sales staff had no knowledge of the situation. Ultimately, I ended up with the gown I had been in search of, but I did have to go out of state to purchase it as no other bridal shops in AZ carried the Watters line. In the end, I was blessed to find the perfect dress, but Mariee lost out on a sale and a recommendation. I won't recommend this shop as customer service and follow up is important!
