  • Yesterday I stopped in for a sub. I love Jimmy John's by the way. There were 3 employees working. A guy and two females. I'm a happy person and smile at everyone. I ask people how their day is going. None of the employees would smile or act like they even remotely liked their job. In my opinion, not very good customer service. My food was great as always.
