| - PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW FOR YOUR SAFETY!!!!
I have been to Jardin 2 total times as a customer purchasing over $100 worth of product. The first time i was there was after sundown and I naturally felt a little creeped out from the parking lot.. if you've ever felt like someone was watching you, that's how I felt. So I walked in purchased, walked out and drove home. The creepiness of the lot is more than likely felt by everyone who makes this stop after sundown.
Desert Inn and Pecos is not the greatest neighborhood. I work right down the road, so yea I know that. Jardin has one security guard who monitors the inside and stands next to the ATM. There is no security for the outside lot, like other dispensaries in town DO have.

On 4/2/2018, Sunday night my Coworker and I went to Jardin at 9 pm. Fortunately by chance it's customer appreciation night. So I got 35% off my purchase. The total was $100.45. My coworker threw in $20. I got 2 pre rolls which were whatever and 2 jars of top quality, I never got to enjoy.
I walk out to my friends, turn the light on and show him what I picked out. 3.1 miles down the road we stop at the park. Walk to a private spot with both pre rolls and spend 30 mins chatting about work and life. Walking back to his car (2015 Toyota Camry) to find his window broken. My backpack with my house keys, important paperwork and 3 books I've been carrying around w me for years. They took my friends wallet, which usually has your life in it, like my coworkers wallet did. Oh Yeah, and all the expensive product I bought 30 mins before at Jardin, on customer appreciation night!!!!
So here we are filing a police report, cancelling credit cards and wondering why this happened to us???
In my eyes, it's very obvious . The dark parking lot that I KNOW to be unmonitored by the single Jardin security guard has some undesirables hanging out in the lot watching who goes in and who comes out.
I don't believe in coincidences. Of all the cars we parked next to 3.1 miles away from Jardin. His car that happened to have our freshly purchased Jardin product was chosen to stripped of all items.
It clicked, someone followed us out of the lot nonchalant figuring they will just beat us dudes up and rob us. Once they saw I didn't have my bag on me, they didn't need to rob us face to face. Thank God! So they quickly broke his window and robbed us to the core.
I just left Jardin after talking to their manager. I expected a "Damn, I'm sorry man" then we'd work something out and I'd be taken care of. As if he has dealt w this situation before he kept telling me that Jardin didn't do it and this is a bad neighborhood. I just said I need to take care of me dude, like extra. He said "you gonna purchase?" Duh! Why else would I come in?? I figured I'd get my same order and and extra 10% off added to the discount I received the night we were robbed.. He offered me a total 15% off instead. No thanks, I want 35% off at least or I will never be back. He brings over another dude , who obviously isn't a manager, ceo no authority apparently.
I left and will never go back! Please understand this really happened. They could have easily done what I asked for as a customer and maybe emphasized a bit. "Naa"
After I showed him the photos of everything and explained to him the coincidences.
If this has happened to anyone else, especially on the same night.. please speak up!!! I highly doubt we were the only "come up" on customer appreciation night!!!

Be on the lookout after sundown!!!
Here is the lot tonight, empty compared to the amount of spots filled on "customer appreciation night." There were 4 people in line ahead of me.. I wonder who else was in that lot and for what reason since all other businesses closed.
Also photo of my friends car that coincidentally got the window smashed night of purchase, 30 whole entire minutes later!
I was supposed to go to the moon that night , instead I went down the freeway covering my face in case of glass shards and in the back. The glass buried itself into the passenger seat!!
Jardin is not worth the risk!!!!
