rev:text	Bought a groupon for a deep conditioning treatment and cut, thought I would add a highlight on being such a great deal. I was handed over to a very junior stylist, whom has since left it seems. I knew right away that I should turn and walk away, but, being that my sister is an amazing stylist (obviously at a different salon), and knew she had to start somewhere, I thought I'd give this chap a chance. Bad idea. He had no idea how to match my blond for highlights (and the owners daughter acted annoyed when I asked her to help him so I would ensure the correct color), he was seriously confused when I told him I just wanted a trim, and you should have seen me when I got done with the conditioning treatment. My hair is long, but it was so tangled that it literally barely reached my shoulders. It took him 30 minutes to just comb out. I sat there patiently, but was furious inside. It was a DEEP CONDITIONING treatment. My word. The owners acted like nothing was wrong, and that it was perfectly acceptable. To me, perfectly acceptable goes out the door when you've been sitting in their chair for 3.5 hours getting a mediocre job done on your hair. Wait...mediocre might be a stretch. I will never return, and I tell everyone I know about the terrible service I received. DO NOT GO HERE!! Totally not worth it, even if you think it's a really great deal.
