  • I recently had a complete re-roof of my house with Stacy and Prime Roofing. After they inspected the roof, they emailed me a complete, detailed estimate of what they would be doing with the final cost estimate. During the week, the crew was on the job PROMPTLY every morning at the same time. They must've taken a lunch break---but it was so quick I didn't see it! Seems like they were nonstop. We got rain that week, but they assured me that the roof was secure and there would be no leaks. They came back on Saturday AND Sunday to complete what the rain had stopped them from doing...no extra cost. I paid a deposit of half down, and I didn't get a final balance bill until the roof had been inspected and some corrections were made--to the boss's specifications! Wow! I received the second email confirming exactly what had been done, with the balance due---nothing extra, no hidden charges! Thank you! Highly recommend.
