  • Note to pizza stores, your peak time is Saturday night. Have your staff ready for a lot of orders. If you tell a customer to come pick a pizza up in 30 minutes, you better have it ready in 30 minutes. This was not the case with this Pizza Hut tonight. I'm sitting in a parking lot with about 15 cars all waiting for pizza pick up. I understand that things may be busy on a Saturday, but set the right expectations with me. If it's going to take an hour, tell me to come in an hour. Don't tell me to come in a 1/2 hour. I went through the inconvenience of picking the pizza up, it should be ready upon arrival!!!
