  • I was so disappointed with the customer service at this bike shop as I really wanted to like this place and have somewhere local to take my bike. A few weeks ago I entered the shop to purchase a helmet I had on hold. There were 2 staff members who saw me walk in but never acknowledged that I had entered and continued social chatting with 2 customers in the shop. I stood there for 10 minutes, with my helmet in hand for trade in and was never acknowledged . I felt like I was imposing on the staff by being there. This is the first time I have ever entered a place this small and was not acknowledged with at least a quick "hi, will be with you in a bit". I have been to 2 different bikes shops since then, for a helmet purchase and a bike repair, and have received excellent service at both. I was greeted immediately on entering the shops and they were busier than this place was. I would never consider going back to Two Wheel Jones. There are many other bike shops that can provide an excellent customer experience along with an accurate diagnosis/repair of your bike.
