  • Probably the worst oil change experience of my life, and it lasted all of 2 minutes. The attendant first tried to discourage me by saying it would be 25 minutes before I could be seen, only 3 of 4 bays open, but I get it, not enough staff. I told him that was fine. He then double checked my VIN and stated that I needed a synthetic blend. I've owned the car for 5 years and this is the first I've heard of this, and I have had all initial work done at the dealer when it was new. I told him I use 5W30, he told me I was wrong and that if I didn't use synthetic, he couldn't change my oil. For a new location, you're driving business away. Avoid this company, there are reputable places less than 2 miles away.
