  • I have rented from this airport Enterprise no less than 200 times over the last 5 years. It is 5 star, 85% of the time. Usually, it's an in and out quickly and easily, especially compared to "neighborhood locations". They know me at this point and generally speed me through as quick as possible. I love the business line at check in. Sorry, I take 10 sec to check in at the counter and I would rather not wait behind families with 25 bags and 8 kids trying to decide if they want to upgrade or not. Only a couple times have I had issues (like when my driver's license had just expired and all I had was paper renewal that they wouldn't accept. I had to take a cab 45 min each way, walk 2 miles to Whole Foods, and get a bus out to work in the middle of the desert!) They're also bad at receiving things like faxes. In all, it's as good as it gets for an Enterprise.
