  • Writing an update to this poor excuse for a retail establishment. If you're looking for unfriendly, angry and downright sad excuses for staff be sure to come here. This place not only has poor staff, but the management are also unbearable and make you feel uncomfortable shopping in the store. The management, in particular the "assistant director" (whatever job title at toys r us that means), harass customers regularly and also participate in hoarding all the new toys and exclusives (meant for children) to themselves. There are plenty of reviews on this associate online, from other customers including his poor treatment of expecting mothers (check google reviews)! You'll never find anything good in this store and good luck to you if you actually manage to ask staff a question about a product or whether or not they will be getting in new stock. Only shop here if somehow Walmart goes out of business and there is a post apocalyptic zombie outbreak and you're in desperate need of diapers. I can't find a zero stars option, so this place gets a 1.
