  • I mean, you talk about customer service. ANYTIME Garage Service does not know the definition of customer service. I recently, this week, had a horrible experience with them. I believe they also might be known as Sun City garage doors. I called on Wednesday AM, March 21 after my garage door would not open, they told me they would be to my home between two and five. They called at 3 o'clock stating they would not be able to be come as there was an emergency and I understand things do come up I suggested sending a different technician when I was told there wasn't one. I rescheduled for the following day same time frame. Fast forward to today Thursday, March 22 I receive a call this morning that they are at my home, I am at work. I ask if they can come between two and five per our original conversation and time frame at that time he stated it would be possible, later in the conversation he said he did not think the technician would turn around and come back to Gilbert at 2 PM. I I asked why he scheduled me for that timeframe then if that wasn't a possibility. He actually told me that I would need to call someone else which I happily did and had fantastic service from A1 garage door service. DO NOT use any time garage door or Sun City garage doors. It is not worth the aggravation!! I called this evening to talk to a manager, they are only available between 10-3. Jason or Matt are their names
