  • The worst. The literal worst! I am never surprised by the lack of customer service or the lack of product on the shelves. Nothing works and nothing is in stock. I ask myself why i bothered coming EVERYTIME i walk out of the store empty handed. I usually make a point to avoid even shopping at Walmart, but there are times when you need to make an "essentials", convenient trip for a toiletry of some sort, or specialty item like photos, but other than that they's no reason for me to shop here. After today, I'll just stay away. I went to photo to have a picture quickly developed on my phone. Upon arriving, i see they are doing renovations and the young lady who assisted me told me the machines that process photos directly from phones are down. She confidently assured me that i can just upload the photo online and pick it up within an hour. Knowing that i still had some shopping to do, i figured, "sure, why not". When i log on, upload, and then send the photo, I get a message telling me that the store is not accepting orders at this time. When i asked another associate, they replied that the ENTIRE photo system is currently down. Ummm, maybe the communication needs to be shaper and make sure you don't waste people's time. I give up. The worst. The complete and utter worst.
