  • Ok peeps.... a little rant.... Knowlton Towing came out and towed my neighbors car across the street. They decided to pull into my driveway and back in towards the vehicle instead of pushing the vehicle into the street for pick up. Upon pulling into my driveway, Knowlton Towing left some crazy tread marks on the cement that are going to be a little work to get off. I have awesome surveillance video of the whole process. Check out the attached pics too!! That being said, I called the business office and spoke with Samantha and was told there was no one I could speak with about this and I could call back tomorrow, but they probably would not do anything about it. She told me to tell my neighbor to take care of it. WOW!! Unbelievable... As a small business owner ourselves, Julie and I always strived to fix any mistakes or errors regardless of the situation. So my request(s) are simple: 1. Do not ever choose Knowlton Towing for any automotive needs you may have. 2. If anyone knows the owners of this business I would appreciate you forwarding their contact info to me and/or share this situation with them!! Thanks for reading!!!
