  • Store knowingly rips off customers. I made a purchase here and asked prior to the purchase about the return policy. I was told I could return the phone if dissatisfied. Got to my office, and the phone was clearly defective. Called the store. Got hung up on the first time. Second time the manager refused to return the phone, stating METROPCS will not allow them to. Clearly a lie since they are a reseller and have authority of their own return policy.
