  • While the experience and pilot were great they ask you to arrive 45 mins before the flight departure time. It takes 5 mins to check in as their counters are fully staffed and youre stuck waiting around for the next 40 minutes for a 13 minute flight. Theres no rhyme or reason to arrive that early as there is no instruction video to watch, no bags to check, no forms to fill out and no security to go threw. They do offer you champagne, but theres no music or even any movies on in the lobby. You just stare out the windows wasting time.
