  • I have a regular dentist but she doesn't do oral surgery. A specialist she sent me to said I needed extraction and an implant but that was beyond what he did. We have some friends who had a good experience at Western after getting a lot of work done and that the prices there were lower. We went today to the same office they had gone to. I was anxious because of some bad reviews on this page, all of which I had read. Well, that wasn't the experience I had. The front desk was professional, the office manager explained all the financial stuff very well and patiently and Dr. Pema, the Dentist and his assistant did an excellent, painless and efficient extraction with bone graft (I researched this on the internet afterwards; he did exactly what was needed). I was quite pleased and there was no pressure to obligate myself. I'll be discussing the follow up with them when the time comes, as I already know what to expect. So, I don't get the anger by some reviewers, I'm well educated and a good judge of a situation, and it went well for me.
