  • This is supposed to be a place to go to heal a very serious and painful ailment. Since the new owners took over it seems to only be about money and turnover. Instead of making a very sick person feel better they accused me of actively trying to avoid paying my bill, lying about having received a reminder call, lying to me about how many times I have supposedly rescheduled appointments when in fact it was once and I called ahead. There is a very specific lack of concern and arrogance from Stephanie that I imagine is unappreciated by many patients.
