  • Got a flat tire a block away from this place and thought I was in luck given the reviews. I walked in and the guy literally just stared at me without greeting me at all. In the middle of our conversation the phone rings and he picks it up and starts talking. No "excuse me", or "sorry, I have to get this". Just picked it up and ignored me. Really professional right? Told him I got a flat and asked if it could be fixed today. He said they are busy today but I could leave the car here but there's no guarantee that it would be done today. I needed the car for the night so asked if they could just pop on the spare tire and repair the damaged tire and they said it then might take a couple days?? Not sure why but it would take longer doing that but seemed like they didn't want my business so I called a different place to get it done there. The place was a few km away and I didn't want to drive on the flat. So I started to put on the spare tire myself. I'm thinking this might have been a bad look for them "a guy changing his own tire in front of a tire shop" cause the guy comes out and starts saying I can't do that in their parking lot because of liability problems. Was I supposed to drive back on the road and do it there? I told them I would be 15 minutes and he literally yelled at me, "Just be quick and don't damage the other cars, Jesus!" And went back into the store. I don't know what I could've done differently here. I felt like I was patient with them given how rude they were when they first met with me. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I'll definitely be taking my future business elsewhere and would never recommend this place to anyone.
