It was just two of us for a nice quite lunch and that's just what we got.
Service was friendly and very helpful. Several different people stopped by to help decide on what to get, refill drink and bring out food. Loved that they all seemed to work as a team and care about all the tables.
We ordered a pitcher of beer ($5 if before 5pm and will fill about 2.5 glasses) and bruschetta. Beer was the Four Peaks SunBru Kolsch Style Ale, which was recommended to us by the waitress. Nice light flavor on a hot summer day.
Today we got the Prosciutto with Figs & Mascarpone, which was amazing. Little salty, little sweet with a nice bread to hold it. The Smoked Salmon with Pesto, which was our favorite. Had some capers on the top with a really light cream inside that I'm not totally sure what it was. The fish was fresh and just a great couple bites. Next was the Burrata, Bacon, Arugula & Tomato. I'd never had burrata before but it was so creamy. A perfect match with the acidity of the tomato, salt of the bacon and freshness of the arugula. Very nice combination. Last was Roasted Peppers with Goat Cheese. I'm a big goat cheese fan and roasted red peppers. Nothing that's out of this world but still a great combo.
I think this would be a great place to go if you've got a business meeting or just want to have a quiet meal out. For two people it was $20 and in my book, that's a great deal for some really good food and drink.
