  • If you want to be treated like garbage, this is the place for you. The owner for one, needs to fire the "stingy straw lady". This crazy lady refused to give me a thick straw simply because I did not order boba in my drink. The awful drink she made me was so icy that I couldn't drink it with a regular straw. I politely asked for a thicker straw and she refused! What is wrong with this lady?? It's just a straw and she's not even the owner. What does she care if someone asks for another straw? This poor excuse for a human had such a nasty attitude. People! Please stay away from this place. I love Lollicup but this place is a joke!
