  • The apartments themselves are decent with the exception that they are old. So in the 1.5 years we lived there, we had to call maintenance 7 different times to fix broken appliances, air conditioner, leaks, ect. The complex is awful. It is FILTHY and the apartment grounds are not kept up by maintenance or landscaping. The shrubbery is in shambles and the small rocks they use to cover all of the dirt are basically non existent and so it is just ugly piles of dirt; or mud if it rains. The residents do not take pride in their surroundings and quite often contribute to the filth. One of my neighbors unloads all of her trash from her car right into the parking lot EVERYTIME SHE PARKS... Mail, fast food bags, half consumed big gulps, you name it. I'm not saying everyone is like this, just most of them. They are loud, obnoxious, and have little to no respect for anything. I have also had parts stolen off of my truck. I know this can happen anywhere, but in all the Vegas areas I've lived in during the 32 years of my life (I am native to LV and have lived mostly on the NE side of town) this is the only time my car has been burgled/vandalized... ***Update 01/12/16*** This morning my truck has gang related tagging on it! This apartment complex sucks. The residents are THE WORST. I cannot wait until my lease is up.
