  • I was visiting Phoenix when I started experiencing flashes in my left eye. Worried, I called my eye doc in the Bay Area who recommended I see someone immediately. I saw that Optical Expressions was only a short distance from my hotel so I called the office. Carissa answered the phone and was EXTREMELY helpful and sensitive to my concerns. She offered to call my doc office to get the appropriate insurance information and told me I could be seen as soon as I could get there. I was seen by Dr. Chacon who gave me a thorough exam, followed up with an explanation of what I was experiencing and suggested I follow up with my optometrist back home. I was so grateful for such wonderful treatment by professionals whom I'd never even met prior to this event. If I ever find myself living in Phoenix, Optical Expressions is my choice for eye care.
