Top golf is very fun, food was okay, service was slow but they were really busy so that was expected(opening weekend) One star is for the valet company they use! After a night of fun, valet retrieved my car. Right when we saw my car I, the owner of the car, my boyfriend and my dad all saw a dent in my driver side door that was not there. It was like it was opened on a pole or something. We notified valet and conveniently my car was parked right next to the owners "brand new car with nothing wrong on it". Owner said he would look at the video (on the 11th) and reach back out but the end of the day. After no update I finally reached out on the 14th for one. Said he would be sending a email, which he did and of course in it it was stated that after review of the video they didn't see anything. He also said he would call(never did). On the 16th I said that I would need to see the video because how do I know they are telling the truth without me seeing it? He asked what would be a good day and I told him. He the asked if I was available for a call that day, I said yes. Guess what? No call. A few days later was told I can't see the video blah blah blah FIGURES. Then the owner said "I don't mind helping a bit in good faith". Good faith lol. I don't even care at the point after countless promised phone calls, really no updates, and them just saying they didn't do anything but I can't see the video so how do I know?? I don't need someone "helping me a bit in good faith". I've just learned my lesson about valet.
