I have always just taken the group fitness classes at this gym, but recently I started resistance training with Tyrell. We do 30 minute sessions focusing on certain muscle groups, and I must say, I feel like I've gotten more of a workout in these 30 minute sessions, then if I were to try and do my own thing for an hour. I am really excited because I know I will soon be seeing some great results! If you've only been doing group fitness classes because weight training is intimidating or you get bored, I highly recommend looking into a personal trainer that can show you the ropes, teach you a variety of exercises, and customize your workouts to meet your goals!
