Seemed likea locals' place, and it came recommended by a friend who lived in Phoenix. Lots of seating between the bar and restaurant and we were seated quickly. Sort of kitschy decor, with red lights. Friendly staff. Quick service, and really quick food. The restaurant cleared out before 10pm. Chili relent was alright. Chicken enchiladas weren't the best I've had--the chicken was chunks rather than shredded, so it didn't crumble in your mouth, and was a little more difficult to eat. Nothing amazing about the flavor. Very generous servings, and very reasonable prices. It's right down the road from the tamp online place, but maybe don't do what we did and feed your face then go run and jump around.
