  • Took my phone into iTech Customs, today to be repaired. Met with Andre, he explained exactly what was wrong with my phone, (a broken digitizer) and said it would be ready in about 20 min. When I returned to pick up my phone he told me the last company I took my phone to for a screen replacement used a super cheep display screen so he replaced it with a better quality screen for me at no additional cost. I have used several phone repair companies in town and have never been more impressed than I was with Andre, he is very fast, articulate, friendly and professional, and all this at a price that is far less than his crappy/hack filled competitors.
