  • I've always taken my car to larger chain shops like sun devil auto, but have not been as happy with them recently. I took my car for a routine oil change at sun devil and they found issues with my shocks/struts and said they all needed to be replaced along with the damaged front control arms. The quote was almost $3,000 (1600 for shocks/struts). Took it to Crawford's and they said the control arms had plenty of life left, and only charged 1100 for the shock/strut replacement. For once, I found an honest repair shop that doesn't mark up their parts over 200% and actually has competitive labor rates. Highly recommended.
