  • Suppose to be condos , but more renters in unsold units than owners on site.. The place is unkempt , the hoa rules are not enforced, common areas are cluttered with unsightly and unwanted furniture. Renters smoke pot on the patio almost daily and the police are dispatched to this location several times a week .. the building could be lovey if the developer cared even just a little .
