  • If I could give ZERO stars to this company, I would! PLEASE - buyer BEWARE with this HORRIBLE company. Stay away from this company. CONS and scam artists. Lack of integrity or customer care. Robotic, scripted responses from the service-rs and schedulers on the phone. Techs are not trained as they all have different answers for the same problems. They are GREAT at fake lip service. VERY untrained techs (albeit "nice guys"). In a nutshell: 4-days ago, 9200.00 spent on new unit 60-days ago, they want 6000.00 more for new electrical panel, and no AC in 100 plus degree weather. Five techs out at my house in 5-days AT THEIR schedule of course, so Ive been waiting around in sweltering heat getting NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, and still no AC.The verbal runaround like crazy when I call. Mind you we purchased a BRAND NEW UNIT THEY recommended and INSTALLED 60-days ago. They have lied to me about product, the problems and general services regarding this unit in our home. 2 - guys had complete opposite advice about which filters to use, another tech put in the wrong thermostat TWICE, causing the system to trip and break down. Now here I sit waiting for yet another tech to come out. Its 97 in my house. Ive called 4 times in as many hours and they keep saying tech is on the way. I WILL have a letter into the Better Business Bureau, the states attorney general office, and am stopping the 9200.00 payment Monday. They can come and pick up there shotty piece of crud AC unit at THEIR expense. I have gotten several excellent recommendations to other well known, licensed AC companies in the area and am happily taking my business else where. BTW, a word to the smart shopper (wish I wasn't so guillable in the beginning), after the fact, I researched the AC unit ONE HOUR sold us and have since seen the same AC unit at 2000-3000.00 cheaper fully installed an warrantied. Yep. I will be a more cautious consumer in the future. But, as for this business and their service in general. STAY A W A Y from them!
