  • Dropped off my slacks and half jacket with no problems on a Saturday. They told me the clothes would be ready on Monday. Went Monday right after work to them pick up, and they informed me my clothes were already picked up. Um...no. They were supposed to be ready just today. The clerk looked and looked. Couldn't find my order, called the manager and they were to come in and look for my clothes. I left. Had to go back about an hour and a half later, they found my order. When I picked it up, they didn't offer me any type of discount for my inconvenience. Plus they charged me an average of $7 a piece!! The most expensive dry cleaners I have ever encountered. I will never go back there.
