This review is about the billing office not about care. Dr. Grover, Doug, and others at the clinic have provided me with excellent care.
Since August 2017 I have been trying to get a over payment of $891.10 returned to me. I made payments from Nevada Spine Clinic bills I received. Last payment was in June 2017. My insurance company paid them in July 2017 leaving a credit balance. There has been no dispute of whether or not money is owed.
On every call since August to the billing office there seems to be an excuse as to why I haven't received a check. Auditing my account has been the most common. It has been audited 3 times. A request was sent in to cut a check. To where I do not know. Excuses of why the check has not been cut varies or simply it is not known why.
In conclusion be careful of the billing department. As I did not do, make sure your insurance company has paid all they are going to pay. Verify money owed before sending them a check or you might be in the same situation, calling and getting stonewalled and out $891.19. It is ridiculous that this has not been resolved after six months. I am considering small claims court.
