  • My sister's 60th in Las Vegas, and I live in LA. So I found Flowers by Richard on Yelp after calling 5 other florists who all gave me attitude about delivering to her home, which is a little far out, the other side of the 5? But Richard was adorable about it and I liked him immediately because he was so nice. He helped me figure out the arrangement and figure out a way for him to call her to make sure she would be home for the delivery without ruining the surprise (he called her son first). He obviously is a good guy, cuz when I first called he was picking his kids up from school and was taking them for ice cream. So he called me back and very professionally took care of everything. Also, he trusted me to send the money to him by check in the mail, which made me feel trustworthy (he didn't take visa and PayPal is difficult for me to figure out). Then he took a photo of the arrangement and texted it to me. It is beautiful and my sister is very happy. All in all an excellent experience and would only use flowers by Richard for any florist needs in Vegas in the future.
