  • Sometimes, the Yelp community will mislead you. It's uncommon, but hey, it happens, and in the case of Sweet Addiction, they - ok, we - whiffed completely. You cannot build a good ice cream sandwich on a bad cookie and this one was among the worst chocolate chip cookies I've ever had. It was soft, as promised, but that flavor....yuck is all I can say. The taste was so awful that I couldn't even finish the whole thing, not that there was much cookie to begin with. And at $1 per (90 cents plus tip), this was the second biggest rip-off of the week. The store is cute and the staff is very friendly, but when frozen cookie dough tastes twice-frozen, it's a loser every time. And when your cookie can't even compete with the boxed cookie special at Albertson's, you should just quit. Seriously.
