  • They told us at some point last year that all the capacitors were low in both the outdoor units and the attic fans. I have since removed the outdoor cap that they did not replace. It measures 59.8uF and the spec is 60uF. This test was done with calibrated equipment in our shop at work. This cap isn't even close to being "low". Not only are they charging ridiculously amount for labor and parts, but they are lying too?
