We knew this was an open-air venue going into it but surely, when it is 45 degrees outside, they would have some kind of heating? WRONG. We had to leave our event halfway through because it was way too cold. They ran out of overpriced hot chocolate before intermission.
Incredibly disappointed with their pricing as well. It cost me $20 to sit in the front row of the 3rd tier and $10-20 more to sit in the back row of the 2nd tier. The seats were no more than 5 feet apart. The seating chart online makes the whole thing look much bigger than it actually is so don't splurge for close seats.
I will say, the pavilion was definitely clean, staff was very friendly, and the seats were comfortable. Unfortunately, this didn't make up for the fact that you have to sit outside in the cold (or extreme heat).
Anyone that lives in Las Vegas knows that nothing in Henderson is ever "minutes" from The Strip but they still state it on their website. Tourists beware, it's about a 30-40 minute freeway drive.
