  • AMAZING EXPERIENCE - WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND MIKE AGAIN! As a mom of 4 kids, I NEVER want to hear that my washing machine isn't working. I definitely don't have the time or patience for these kinds of frustrating and challenging distractions. When the "Geek Squad" didn't come through (their first available appt was in 6 days, with a $99 service call), I called my "other" appliance repair guy, whose hours were 8 a.m - 4 p.m. Given it was 6:45 p.m. on a Friday night (of a 3-day holiday weekend), I figured it was game over. As a last-ditch effort, I asked my neighbor for an appliance repair referral - she confidently recommended Appliance Repair Experts. Much to my amazement, at 7:30 p.m. a very cheerful and friendly woman named Cierra answered my call! She wasn't with an answering service, but was an actual employee of the company ready to take care of me!! Cierra set an appointment window for the NEXT DAY - a SATURDAY (again, of a 3-day HOLIDAY weekend)! I was told that I would be charged a $49.95 service call (which would be applied to any repairs), and that the repair person would call me prior to heading over, which he did! My repair man, Mike, called with a 15-minute lead time and a sense of humor to boot! It was Valentine's Day, and I had a house full of kids running around. Mike showed up, assessed the situation, and had my 9-year-old LG TROMM front-load washer up and running again in less than 45 minutes! Yay! Best of all, he offered up a coupon and a discount for the drain pump repair, which I gratefully accepted; $270 all in beats buying a new $900 washer! Thank you, Mike, Cierra and Appliance Repair Experts! You're now on my preferred referral list for all my friends, family and business contacts! Company hours are 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Mon - Sun, aka EVERYDAY...7 DAYS A WEEK! ; )
