  • This was our first time staying at the Excalibur hotel. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helped answer all of our questions. They provided us with multiple options for our rooms and helped us select the room that was right for us. We stayed in the resort tower. The room was on the warm side because the AC unit wasn't very effective. It was loud and would constantly turn off and on throughout the night. The housekeeping staff was awesome. One of our lamps wasn't working properly and within 10 minutes they brought us a new lamp. In addition, the housekeeping staff was welcoming and it's the small things like that make me want to come back. The only other down side to the room is that it just needs some updating. If it wasn't for the condition of the room I would have easily given the hotel a 4 star because the staff was great.
