  • This company was sent by my roadside assistance for their towing service. When I checked on my car the next day to ensure it had been delivered to my mechanic, there was damage. When they were contacted, they felt they were not responsible for the repair cost. I feel my car should've been returned to me in the same condition that I gave it to them, especially now that the repair bill is over $800! I had to file a collision claim with my insurance company, I hope they go after him in court and make him pay. Definitely not recommended in the Gastonia, NC area.
