  • I lived at broadstone for one year and one year is probably the most I could handle. I do not have any complaints with the staff. They all seemed pretty friendly and accommodating. My biggest issue is with the apartments themselves. They look nice, but are extremely run down. It seemed like something would break every few months and then it would take a few days to fix. Bottom line? They need to upgrade. The apartments are also very very small and there is not a lot of room. The one bedroom is definitely not meant for two people! With that said, I love the location and wanted to stay in the area but couldn't because it is just not affordable. Broadstone is decently priced for the location. They also have a really nice gym. It is little but had everything it needed and I loved working out there. They also have a well kept property! Some of the pros and cons while I was living there anyway, hope it helps!
