  • Outstanding customer service and efficiency on all fronts. My roof tiles were damanged and falling apart on all sides, and I needed my entire roof replaced. When I contracted with Desert Valley Roofing, they were not the lowest bid, but you absolutely get what you pay for. One of the other companies I contacted couldn't schedule a full roof replacement for 6 months, and the other wouldn't reply to my emails. Ashley in Desert Valley Roofing's office was quick to answer all of my questions, and considering the very large investment, I felt really comfortable working with them. I was able to schedule about 4 weeks out, and worked with Ashley to iron out the details. Along the way, I had issues getting HOA approval for the tiles, and Mark was able to accommodate a last minute reschedule on my job so I could jump through a few more hoops to get approval from the HOA committee. A couple days before they began working, Ashley called me to let me know that the dumpster would be delivered at 7am and the crew would show up between 7 and 9 and they would complete the project in 3-4 days. Both were right on schedule, the crew arriving at 715. At the end of the 2nd day I noticed the color of the roof shingles under the AC did not look like the ones I ordered. I took a picture and emailed Ashley. The next day she called me and said they would fix it. When the foreman came to the door around 3pm that 3rd day to say they had finished I assumed he meant everything but the single replacement, but no, they had the new ones delivered and fixed that same day. Everything was completely finished in less than 3 full days, and it looks fantastic. Ashley and Mark are amazing to work with. They stand behind their work and offer a 5 year workmanship guarantee in addition to the product warranty. I highly recommend them. Professional in every way.
