  • Desert Valley A/V is the best! I wanted to surprise my husband with surround sound in our great room, and was unsure of how it all worked. To say I was naive to the whole process would be putting it mildly. Justin came to my home, I explained what I wanted to do, and he explained everything to me. He made it all make sense, was very knowledgeable and was never pushy. He gave me several options to surprise my husband with. The installation crew arrived as scheduled, were very friendly and professional. They covered my furniture to protect it from any potential messes, cleaned up after themselves as they worked and made efficient use of their time. Before they left, they made sure I understood how the system worked completely. I can hardly wait for my husband to get back into town to see his surprise gift, he is going to be thrilled. Thank you Desert Valley A/V for helping me spoil my husband.
