  • I'm giving 1 star because you can't give negative 5 stars. This company is a total scam. I booked a hotel room through Expedia for an Airpads property. Upon arrival, I learned that all services must go through Airpads, not the hotel. The hotel, Expedia and I all tried to get hold of Airpads for an extra pillow but all got voicemail. After almost 2 hours I was informed an extra pillow costs $15. What a joke. Even Expedia was scammed by them and agreed their policies and service are horrible. DO NOT BE SCAMMED by this company. Book directly with the property. This is a horrible company.
