  • I reserved a shima car 3 days before my trip to Hopkins. They were 25 minutes late. I called repeatedly this morning after they were not there at the requested time and the women who answered always said "he's 5 minutes away." The driver is nice and has apologized repeatedly. The women on the phone are rude. In my last phone call I said that obviously I assumed I would not be charged for the ride. She said she'd put it in my file and maybe I could pay half fare. What a stressful morning. I hope I make my flight!
