  • My husband and I stopped in here for a cup of coffee and dessert. The coffee was fresh and delicious. The carrot cake cupcake he ordered was neither! It seemed old. It was hard and very dry. He ended up throwing it away. This Panera was not as clean as the one near Concord Mills that we usually go to either.
