  • We came in here wanting to shoot our guns with our friend, my fiancĂ© fixing his new holster (NOT MEANING TO HURT ANYONE) the employee named Alex, was extremely rude raised his voice at him telling him to not fix his holster spoke to him as if he was stupid. We felt very embarrassed because we weren't the only ones in the range. He repeated himself more then twice. We have gone to various shooting ranges because he is a concealed weapon owner... I will never again come here. By far the worst customer service. Employee showed no interest in working here nor being a good employee of this establishment. The way he spoke to people even on the phone he with clients. Never going back to this place!!!
