| - On Friday June 21,at around 2:30 pm I had visit at Forever21 Store at Yonge&Dundus ,I spent whole one hour of my lunch break at this store and I finally found the only item left of "Linen Lace Yoke Romper" Size M,I did not have enough time to try the item right away,therefore;I put the item on hold to try it on,and guess what when I came back less than hour later,they had already sold my hold item!!!
Not only I had waisted my whole lunch break,I had to waste another half an hour at the store so they can search the item,after half an hour search ,the manager was very rude,and very irresponsible for what happened,after he heard my complain without even apologizing,he said what you do want me to do???I said I do not know!what should you do?He said customers come and search through hold items!!!!and pick up what they want!
so know question is why they have to make hold items accessible to customers???
Forever21 definitely lost me as a customer,this is not right a customer service .
